No waxing 72 hours before procedure, no usage of Retin A or anything with glycolic or hydroxyl acids 72 hours before procedure.

Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE! Please arrive on time, arriving early is highly recommend. 15 minutes late will result in automatic cancellation and a new appointment and deposit will have to be made NO EXCEPTION. If artist can take you past 15 minutes there will be a $25 late fee. If appointment needs to be canceled/rescheduled this must be done 24 hours before appointment. All deposits are good for 30 days if appointment cancellation was made within 24 hours. No calls no shows will no be serviced and can not make future appointments.

If under going chemotherapy it is suggested waiting a month after chemo to receive any permanent makeup procedure. Please wait 3 weeks after any Botox and chemical peels for any permanent makeup procedure
